Here at House of Prayer we believe that church attendance is a vital part of a Christians lfie and necessity to their spiritual growth.  It is in service that one is able to shut out the world and focus in and search their own heart.  It is in the church service that many times you will receive the answers to the prayers you have prayed, the encouragement you need to continue on another day and the wisdom you need to live a disciplined life in a world full of chaos.

You can be an Overcomer of All of Lifes Temptations

With the many challenges of todays society it is easy to be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine but when you are rooted and grounded and committed to going to church faithfully you can be an overcover of all of lifes temptations.  Your own heart will deceive you and without church and a Pastor who rightly divides the word of truth you cannot find your way on your own.

​Jeremiah 17:9-10 

9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according

to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

That 's why we are devoted to going to church so often, that's why we whole heartedly

believe that when you give your life to God, you really

give your life to God.

Revelation 3:14-21 

14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things

saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or

hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne,

even as I also overcame,and am set down

with my Father in his throne.
